Slow living sanctuary stay in Nosara
With Dimitri
Open Dates
Alya is a quiet jungle sanctuary created for deep rest, gentle reconnection, and slow living.
Surrounded by tropical nature in the hills above San Juanillo, this experience invites you to pause, breathe, and return to yourself at your own rhythm.
Rather than an intensive retreat, Alya offers a soft daily structure held by yoga, meditation, nourishing meals, and spacious time in nature.
Here, nothing is forced and everything is optional, allowing true rest to unfold naturally.
Days begin with morning yoga, breathwork, and shared breakfast, followed by free time for beach walks, journaling, reflection, or simply doing nothing at all.
In the afternoon, gentle yoga, yin, or meditation supports integration and calm presence.
This sanctuary is intentionally small and intimate, nurturing authentic connection while honoring silence, privacy, and personal space.
More than a retreat,
Alya is a conscious pause within life
a place to soften, restore, and reconnect with what is essential.
Stay for a few days or longer, and allow the rhythm of nature to guide your return to balance
