Dimitri

Dimitri is a dedicated yoga teacher rooted in traditional yogic philosophy as well as modern embodied practice. While he is known for his dynamic Rocket Yoga, Power Flow, and handstand teachings, his work extends far beyond the physical dimension of yoga.

He completed his advanced 500-hour Vinyasa and Ashtanga training in India, where he deepened his study of classical yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and the teachings of Patanjali. This immersion strengthened his commitment to honoring yoga as a holistic path. For him, yoga is not merely a physical discipline, but a practice of self-inquiry and inner transformation.

Dimitri places strong emphasis on meditation, breath awareness, and mindful presence as essential pillars of practice. His classes and retreats invite students into an inner journey—cultivating strength and resilience in the body while fostering clarity, steadiness, and awareness in the mind.

Alongside asana, he integrates trauma-informed breathwork and cold exposure practices to support nervous system regulation and conscious expansion beyond perceived limits.

For Dimitri, yoga is a path of self-study, embodied awareness, and gradual awakening. His intention is to create spaces where students can explore their edges with integrity, reconnect to their deeper nature, and experience yoga in its fullest sense as a transformative way of living.
